Cancellation Policy

Bloom requires all guests to provide a credit card to hold bookings.  

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY: By booking an appointment at Bloom, you are agreeing to our 24hr cancellation policy. Any cancellation or reschedule requests must be made 24 hours prior, otherwise, the full value of scheduled services will be charged to the card on file for no-showed or late-cancelled appointments.

LATE POLICY : We try to be as accommodating as possible, but please be mindful we may not be able to accommodate appointments if you are more than 15 minutes late, and that will be considered a missed appointment and you will be charged for the service as per our cancelation policy. Please be sure to let us know if you will not be arriving to your appointment on time.

You can call 212-255-9355 to speak with our reception staff or leave a message if you are unable to contact us during our normal business hours. 

If you are feeling ill or if you are experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19 we ask that you please notify us and cancel your appointment. Bloom will be waiving any cancellation fees associated with cancellation of services due to illness however you may be required to show additional documentation.  

Refund policy

Services are non-refundable, but happiness is extremely important to us and we do our best to guarantee it. If you are unhappy with your services for any reason please don't hesitate to contact us here. We are here to help.

It is very important concerns are brought to our attention promptly, as we are extremely limited with remedy options unless we are notified within 2 weeks of a guest's service. Once notified you will have up to 3 weeks from the date of the original service to come in for adjustments.

We want you to love the items you purchase from our boutique and salon. Bloom gladly accepts returns and exchanges for unused products within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. We honor the same return policy for items purchased from our boutique.
