APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION
All appointments are reserved just for you. For first time appointments we require a credit card to be held on file to hold. your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance, otherwise you will be charged 100% of your service price for no-shows and late cancelations.
LATE GUESTS
We try to be as accommodating as possible, but please be mindful we may not be able to accommodate appointments if you are more than 15 minutes late, and that will be considered a missed appointment and you will be charged for the service as per our cancelation policy. Please be sure to let us know if you will not be arriving to your appointment on time.
SERVICE SATISFACTION
Services are non-refundable but happiness is extremely important to us and we guarantee it. If you are unhappy with your service or need changes made please don't hesitate to contact us here. We are here to help.
GIFT CARDS/CERTIFICATES
Bloom gift cards do not expire and can be used for any services and products within the salon.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We do our best to ensure that only the highest quality of products are sold within the salon. If your product is defected or damaged please bring it back in and we will gladly exchange it for you. You may also return the product within 14 days of purchase.
GRATUITY
Tips are not accepted in credit card, cash only , ATM available)
NO-SHOWS
We have a firm 24 hour cancelation policy. For no-shows we do charge the full rate of the service that was booked to the card on file.
CONFIRMATION CALLS
You will receive a text and email to confirm your appointment 24 hours prior to your scheduled visit. It is extremely important you confirm your appointment. If we do not hear back from you we will automatically cancel your appointment to prevent the charge of a late cancelation fee.
HAIR PRODUCT RETURN& EXCHANGE
We want you to love the items you purchase from our boutique and salon. Bloom gladly accepts returns and exchanges for unused products within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. We honor the same return policy for items purchased from our boutique.
