Bleach and Tone is a service specially for someone who is already a Blonde Bombshell looking for a root re-touch. If you have dreams of becoming a blond bombshell but do not already have platinum Blonde hair please make sure to book a ‘Color Transformation’ service and NOT a Bleach and Tone.

• Senior Stylist : $225-245+

• Master Stylist: $245+

• Director: $255+

* The integrity of your hair is paramount to us at Bloom and that’s why we only use Blondorplex* bleach which includes a bond builder built into the product.  

***Add on K18 Treatment $45 provided upon request and include a take home trial size of K18
