You know we like to keep you on your toes with Bloom’s ever changing backdrop. Our goal is to constantly improve, make each visit more comfortable for clients and stylists alike and to provide you with pretty things to look at and maybe even take home.

This last week, Clarissa brought a few of us along with her to the Brimfield Antique Show to hunt for some new items and furniture for the salon (and ourselves).

We all had a great time, but make no mistake it was hard work. Rising before the sun to navigate a maze of timeless furniture and sifting through endless vintage findings, only stopping for the apple cider doughnuts.

The results… New color trays and storage for our stylists and a few awesome finds to stock the shelves of Bloom Boutique. Here is a little sneak peak of some of our favorites!

Reena Thakurprashad, one of our few and highly valued assistants, is our May/June employee of the month!

As many of you know, Reena has had a recent addition to her family. She was away from us for a while and boy did we miss her! Now she is back at Bloom with the renewed glow of motherhood, and working harder than ever.

If you still don’t know exactly who you’re looking for, then schedule a consultation. If the stylist doesn’t feel like it’s a good match they’ll certainly put you in the right stylist’s chair.

For me, what makes Bloom special is that all of our stylists are uniquely different. This not only creates a well balanced team at Bloom but it also allows every Bloomer, new or existing, to find the right stylist for them. If you find you’re not connecting with your stylist, we will find you the perfect match at Bloom. We’re all in this together and our goal is to make you feel beautiful and empowered.

Sure she’s one of our “Assistants,” but she’s much more than that! One of my biggest frustrations with Holiday sales is that every store uses them as an excuse to clear out their crappy mass market items that no one really wants! Lastly, I put together two different makeup packages personalized for warm or cool skin tones. We brought in RMS beauty last November and it’s been a huge hit. Besides being organic, paraben-free and even water-free, the makeup is simply perfect for the natural woman. Its so easy to use. Everything you need to apply the makeup fits in the palm of your hand, including your fingers (no brushes necessary)!

In both packages I included the coconut cream (regular price: $15) which is 100% pure coconut and nothing else. It works great for removing makeup, cleansing, and conditioning the skin.
