Summer is soon approaching and so is the humidity! We all know that this can be a frizzy time for our curls but there are always solutions to calm those flyways. Product can only do so much until we start to feel greasy weighed down and dry. Here at Bloom everyone knows we try to stay as natural as possible always promoting chemical free hair but sometimes our curly clients need a little more TLC .
Clarissa Malek is our lead curly stylist here at Bloom and she'll show you how, with a little bit of time and elbow grease, you can feel at ease that your curls will be less frizzy and easier to maintain for the next 4 months. This process is called Mane Tamer, a 100% Aldehyde, Formaldehyde, and Lye free anti-frizz treatment that leaves curls intact. Our clients can always feel comfort in that we will never expose them to a Brazilian, Keratin treatment or anything that would be bad for us or them. We are 100% against these services and do not allow them to be done in the salon.

Clarissa does an amazing job following the natural pattern of your curls and growth patterns so you will never notice a demarcation line as your new growth comes in. I've also noticed with my clientele that if you tend to have really tight frizz curls around the hairline this is the perfect service for them. Paula can customize the service to your needs. The mane tamer can also be used to remove unwanted volume in specific areas or help loosen tighter curls so they match the rest of the curl pattern.
